Our alliance is called the Pigeons, and it is open to all Elyos. Following the failure of several Elyos alliances and the resulting Asmodian dominance of Urtem, the Elyos of Urtem decided to band together and assemble a faction-based RvR alliance.
Our main strengths are our players' respect for one another and openness of attitude. Nothing would be possible without these two ingredients. Humanism, friendly relations, and the pleasure of playing are the pillars underpinning the Pigeons. Before we start considering strategy and organization, we think about how everybody can have fun!
The Pigeons represents the whole faction, so we encourage everybody to take part in decision making. Everybody is free to express their opinions in various ways: in the forum, in post-RvR debriefings, or in our weekly meetings. Decisions are based on a majority vote among those present.
